These terms apply to www.kidscatchup.co.za and the interactive books at lms.kidscatchup.co.za (together, “the services”), operated by Kidscatchup, South Africa. By using the services you agree to these terms. Contact: info@kidscatchup.co.za.

2. Copyright

The Kidscatchup Series workbooks are © 2012 Ugashnee Sanasey. All text, illustrations, audio and interactive content in the services are protected by copyright. You may use the interactive books for personal, home and classroom learning. You may not copy, resell, republish or distribute the workbooks or their pages, in print or digitally, without written permission.

3. Using the interactive books

The online books are provided free of charge for learning. Please use them responsibly and do not try to disrupt, copy in bulk or reverse-engineer the services. Children should use the services with the guidance of a parent, guardian or teacher.

4. Quotes and orders

Printed workbooks and school access are supplied on quotation. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing and, where applicable, receive payment. Prices are in South African rand (ZAR).

5. Availability

We work to keep the services available and accurate, but they are provided “as is” and may change or be interrupted from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Protection Act, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the services.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information under POPIA.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
